By accessing or using BizFlow, operated by Kalyana Tech Works, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
BizFlow is a cloud-based inventory management platform that provides tools for tracking products, managing stock levels, processing point-of-sale transactions, generating reports and managing business operations across multiple locations. It is offered as a web admin platform and as POS applications for web, desktop and mobile.
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You may not share your account with others
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Collect user information without consent
- Use the service for fraudulent purposes
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
5. Subscription and Payment
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
6. Data and Content
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the service. You grant us a license to use, store and process your data solely to provide the service.
Data Backup
While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.
Data Export
You may export your data at any time through the platform's export features.
7. Point of Sale and Offline Use
The POS applications can record sales while offline and sync them when a connection is available. You are responsible for reviewing synced records and for the accuracy of the tax, pricing and discount settings you configure. We are not liable for accounting or tax consequences of settings you control.
8. Intellectual Property
The service, including its original content, features and functionality, is owned by Kalyana Tech Works and is protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
- Emergency repairs
- Circumstances beyond our control
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalyana Tech Works shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Actions of third parties
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- At our sole discretion with 30 days notice
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kalyana Tech Works and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
